This is a Solicitation/Task Order Request (TOR) for SSESR-2055. This Task Order Request (TOR) SSESR-2055 package is hereby competed under solicitation number SSESNG-16-R-2055 in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth under the Software and Systems Engineering Services Next Generation (SSES-NexGen) Multiple award IDIQ Basic Contract. Contract holders under the Restricted and Unrestricted suites are permitted to submit task order proposals (TOP) for this effort. Questions regarding this TOR must be submitted in writing via e-mail to James Mazurick, Contract Specialist, at j ames.a.mazurick.civ@mail.mil, and Matthew Marx, Contracting Officer, at matthew.r.marx.civ@mail.mil. All correspondence must reference TOR Number SSESR-2055. The cut-off date for questions is 29 February 2016 at 3:00 PM EST. All questions submitted before the cut-off will be answered electronically such that all the SSES NexGen Contractors will see both the question and the answer. However, the identity of the person/company asking the question will not be disclosed. **NOTE: This TOR is restricted to Prime NexGen contractors/offerors only. If you are a company not on the NexGen contract and plan to subcontract with a NexGen Prime, your questions and proposals must be submitted through that NexGen Prime.
