Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation to Supply One New Single-Phase, Generator Step-Up Power Generator 230KV Spare Transformer to be delivered to McNary Lock and Dam. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price supply contract for McNary Lock and Dam located at Umatilla, OR. Summary of Requirement: a. Design, manufacture, and factory test one (1) 40,000/53,333/66,667 kVA; 230 / 132.8 kV high-voltage winding, 13.2-13.2 kV low-voltage windings, cooling class ONAN/ONAF/ONAF, single-phase generator step-up (GSU) power transformer and accessories.. b. Deliver one (1) 40,000/53,333/66,667 kVA single-phase GSU power transformer and accessories f.o.b. destination McNary Dam power plant, offload and move the transformer and accessories to its long-term storage location, perform reassembly, provide transformer oil, vacuum process and oil-fill, perform field tests, and provide the services of a manufacturer's Erecting Engineer. c. Furnish spare parts. d. Perform work required to comply with the site operations, environmental protection, and safety and health provisions. Solicitation No. W912EF-16-R-0003 will be posted to the FBO website on or about March 18, 2016. Proposals will be due approximately 45 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal using the Best Value-Tradeoff method. Evaluation factors will be contained in the solicitation. Solicitation is open to both large and small business concerns. NAICS code for this project is 335311. NO CD's OR HARD COPIES WILL BE AVAILABLE.
