For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX6F5004AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 100 each up to 220 each maximum of a MOTOR, HYDRAULIC, NSN: 1650-01-462-4467, Part Number: 7-211320101-8 applicable to the BJ AH 64APACHE weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 100 each, 124 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 100 each, 2nd Year, 60 each, 3rd Year, 60 each. This item is restricted to MEGGITT (NORTH HOLLYWOOD), INC. CAGE CODE 58163 and THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 8V613. Suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained.. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
