Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Tellico Ranger Station Gutter Replacement. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to replace existing gutters with 6" 26 gauge Galvalume half-round gutters (color: white). Work includes repair of decking, fascia, soffit, and framing members as needed. CONTRACT TIME is 45 days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $25,000 and $150,000 PROJECT LOCATION: Tellico Ranger District Office, 250 Ranger Station Road, Tellico Plains, TN 37385. From the intersection of Highway 68 and 165, drive approximately 5 miles east. Turn right onto NFSR 210, drive approximately 0.25 miles. Ranger station entrance will be on left. SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: This solicitation, AG-4756-S-16-0024, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request for Quotation and will be available for downloading on or about March 8, 2016 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting and site showing (not mandatory) will be scheduled; time and date will be included in the solicitation.
