Description

USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests has a requirement for construction of asphalt trail near Woods Canyon Recreation Area. All of this work is covered under the Davis-Bacon Act. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotation (RFQ) format. The estimated range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Businesses under the NAICS 237310. The Request For Quotations (RFQ) will be available (uploaded to www.fbo.gov) on or after Mar 16, 2016. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Special attention should be paid to the submission requirements/instructions in Section M of the solicitation. A Site Visit has been scheduled for March 23, 2016, 1:30 P.M., at the Black Mesa Ranger Station, 2748 HWY 260, Overgaard, AZ 85933. Electronic responses to this solicitation are acceptable and may be sent by email in PDF file format to the Contracting Officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met) wabbott@fs.fed.us on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation. The Closing Date and Time for responses to this RFQ shall be April 19, 2016, 4:00 p.m. MST (State of Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
