- The United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Devens has a requirement for Portable Toilet Services. The contractor shall provide all transportation, fuel, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, chemicals, maintenance, toilet paper, supervision, other items, and services necessary to install and services portable toilets at the Firing Ranges on the South Post of the USAG Fort Devens, MA in accordance with contract specifications. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price with a base year and one (1) one-year option period. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses utilizing NAICS Code 562991 with a size standard of $7.5 Million. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 25 February 2016. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
