GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CO City: La Junta Delineated Area: Within the City Limits of La Junta, CO Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4718 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4718 Space Type: Class A Office Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Parking Spaces (Surface): 13(including 2 designated handicapped accessible immediately in front of the building entrance). Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years fully serviced Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space shall be located on the first floor and be contiguous; zoned commercial and/or retail space only; shall not be located in an industrial or residential zoned locations or near tenants, buildings, or environments that create odors or noises (cleaners, liquor stores, beauty salons, bingo parlors, drug treatment centers, detention facilities, or eating establishments). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
