- This Amendment is created to Include the following: (1) Schedule site visit date for February 25, 2016 at 10:30am for contractors who were not able to attend previous site visit scheduled on February 17, 2016. (2) Submit revised drawings. (3) Extend the closing date of the solicitation to March 16, 2016 at 3pm EST. (4) RFI's are due March 3, 2016 at 3pm EST. Site visit address: FAA Atlanta NEMC 41 Woolsey Rd Hampton, GA 30228 Site POC: Ms.Olga Krsinic; olga.krsinic@ faa.gov Telephone: 347-255-6411 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Logistics Service Area-ASO, College Park, GA, is issuing a Request for Offer (RFO) to perform the Supplemental Air Conditioning Installation at the Atlanta Network Management Center, Hampton, GA. It is the intent of the FAA to attempt to award a contract based on full and open competition. Adequate competition is defined as at least two (2) competitive offers received from qualified, responsible business concerns, provided that adequate competition is received and an award can be made at a fair market price. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220 “ Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the small business size standard is $15 million average. The estimated Cost magnitude for this project is: -Between $250,000 and $500,000 Projected Period of Performance for this project is 60 calendar days. Per AMS clause 3.8.2-9, Site Visit, Offerors or Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a dispute after contract award. Desired Site Visit Date is tentatively scheduled for February 17, 2016. A site visit by the contractor and sub-contractors is mandatory. Please provide details on who will be attending for each General Contractor and Subcontractor, this includes the individuals name and company name at least 48hrs prior to scheduled site visit. The FAA will respond in writing within five (5) working days on the FAA Contract Opportunities website to all potential Offerors. Questions and answers that clarify SIR details may be provided to all Offerors; however, the source of questions will not be identified.
