- Logistics and Prosthetics VistA GUI Overlay Software and Support Request for Information This is a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFP in the future. This request does not commit the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. VA is not, at this time, seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that VA will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. In support of this effort, VA is conducting market research to help further refine requirements and establish the best acquisition approach. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is below. Please note that requirements defined to date will likely change before a RFP is released. Please provide questions/comments on the draft SOW as deemed necessary. Instructions for Submitting RFI Response Responses and quotes are to be submitted only through the GSA Advantage! eBuy website. Your response must be received by the date and time specified on the GSA Advantage! eBuy website. All proprietary/company confidential material shall be clearly marked on every page that contains such. Responses should also include a short summary of your company's capabilities to provide the required Logistics and Prosthetics VistA GUI overlay services. Include the name, phone number, and email address of the lead from your organization. Instructions for Submitting Questions The Technology Acquisition Center point of contact for this RFI is Ryan Stallings, ryan.stallings@va.gov. VA reserves the right to not respond to any or all emails or materials submitted.
