Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Company in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements when it is likely that award to any other source would result in (A) Substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, or (B) Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract will provide Multinational Information Sharing (MNIS) Services in the United States Army Central Command area of operations for a nine-month base period and one three-month option period. This proposed action is a bridge effort to extend services until the competitive follow-on contract is awarded and transition is complete. The expected award date for this proposed action is May 12, 2016.
