Description

The Department of Justice intends to negotiate with Laz Parking LTD, LLC 15 Lewis Street, FL 5, Hartford, Connecticut 06103 on a sole source basis for 1 reserved and 10 non-reserved parking permits at its 600 E Street, N.W. Washington, DC location for the period from October 1, 2016 thru September 30, 2017 with up to four (4) one year options to extend the term of the contract. The one (1) reserved permit is for a physically challenged employee and 10 permits will be assigned to Department of Justice employees for safety. All parking requested is in the working facility of the employees. No solicitation document exists. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids, and cost or pricing data is not solicited. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
