- N00164-16-R-GS55 - 2M Kits and Parts - FSC 3431 - NAICS 333992 Issue Date 04 March 2016 - Closing Date 05 April 2016 - TIME 2:00PM EST This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for commercially available miniature/microminiature (2M) Kits and piece parts for solder workstations. The contract will cover a five-year period and will be issued as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The solicitation will be issued for brand name only for critical kit items and brand name or equal for miscellaneous parts in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c), application for brand name descriptions. A list of the brand name only manufacturer(s), part numbers, and brand name or equivalent items will be provided as enclosures to the solicitation based on the following CLIN structure: CLIN 0001 Kit, PRC-2000 SCN CLIN 0002 Kit, USN w/o PRC CLIN 0003 Kit, USN Shore CLIN 0004 Kit, USMC Garrison CLIN 0005 Kit, USMC Tactical CLIN 0006 Kit, USMC Portable CLIN 0007 Kit, Soft sided CLIN 0008 Kit PRC-2000 Mini CLIN 0009 Kit, PRC-2000 Micro CLIN 0010 Kit, MBT-250 Kit CLIN 0011 Kit, MBT-350 Kit CLIN 0012 Kit, Microscope CLIN 0013 Kit, MMDT CLIN 0014 Kit, STD 60" Bench CLIN 0015 Kit, SV 72" Bench CLIN 0016 Kit, STD 60" 2M Pedestal CLIN 0017 Kit, SV 22" MTR Pedestal CLIN 0018 Items, Miscellaneous CLIN 0019 Data for CLIN's 0001-0018 The minimum contract award amount is $25,000 with a maximum contract award amount of $4,700,000.00. Various quantities may be ordered over the five-year life of the contract. Delivery Terms are F.O.B. Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. The anticipated award date is 15 September 2016. This is an anticipated 100% small business set aside and all responsible small business sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The solicitation will be issued under the Test Program in FAR 13.5 and will use commercial procedures. To be eligible for award the Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors interested in responding with a valid proposal may obtain information on registration in the SAM via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. A solicitation will be made available at FBO. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Interested sources must download from the website listed. To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free of charge at http://www.adobe.com. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FBO website. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FBO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
