- NSN: 1440-01-627-2001, ASSEMBLY INTERFACE. One approved source listed as AVANS MACHINE, INC (0HSD0), P/N: 201324698-10. Procurement is for 1,505 EA, Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin, FOB at Destination. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. This is a critical application item. Export Control (JCP Certification) is required at the manufacturing facility. The solicitation will result a Definite Quantity Contract for 1,505 EA, firm fixed price. Delivery reqeusted as 327 days. PR will be Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in ccordance with 10 USC 2304(c) (1). This procurement is anticipated to breach the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) Threshold of $750K, therefore certified cost data will be required in accordance with FAR 15.403. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past prmance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited on the Request for Proposal.
