Description

DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS. The Contractor shall provide all material, and labor to install automatic sprinkler fire suppression systems for one (1) 4,500 sq ft K-Span assembly facility, eight (8) 968 sq ft lodging facilities, and six (6) 660 sq ft lodging facilities at the Vigilant Warrior Camp in Titus, Alabama. The contractor shall provide an automatic sprinkler fire suppression system for each facility, for a total of Fifteen (15) systems. Purpose: THIS IS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IAW FAR 15.201(e). This notice is solely for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government to its ultimate acquisition approach. No award will be made from this Request for Information (RFI) and the Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information from contractors on purchasing all the necessary parts and equipment to acquire Fire Suppression Systems for the Vigilant Warrior Camp in Titus, AL. The contractor shall meet the requirements specified in attachment 2, the Statement of Requirements (SOR). All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for possible future acquisitions. Please do not request a copy of a solicitation because one does not exist. Purpose: THIS IS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IAW FAR 15.201(e).
