- The Federal Aviation Administration, William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, NJ has a potential requirement for Sikorsky 76B has a potential requirement for Sikorsky 76B Initial/Recurrent Pilot Training. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611512 (Flight Training). A $27.5 million size standard is applicable to this requirement. The purpose of this announcement is to determine whether this requirement can be set aside as a small business requirement. The FAA intends to award a five year (one base year plus four option years)firm fixed price contract. Commencement date is approximately 15 May 2016. A Statement of Work is attached to this announcement. At this time, potential sources are requested to provide the extent and depth of their PRIME experience in performing the same or similar work as described in the attached Statement of Work. This information will include a point of contact (name, position, company and e-mail address. No more than two pages shall be submitted. You may e-mail this information to Cynthia.Hische@faa.gov. The information needs to received no later than 11 a.m. local time, February 29, 2016. The attached Business Declaration form must be completed also. If adequate competition exists within the small business community, a small business set aside will be issued for small business participation on the FAA Contract Opportunities website at https://faaco.faa.gov/ If not, the requirement will be issued as a full and open opportunity on the same website.
