Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs will be soliciting for Pathology Testing on Renal Biopsies Services for the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC), 1970 Roanoke Blvd. Salem, VA 24153. A Request for Quote will be issued on or about February 9, 2016. This requirement shall be performed by certified laboratory and technicians. Test will require a 24-hour turnaround from the time of receipt. The period of performance is March 1, 2016 through February 28, 2017 with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. This is a 100% small business set-aside. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 621511 Medical Laboratories, size standard $32.5 Million.
