- ROSS II BRIDGE PWS Sources-Sought Synopsis: This is a Sources-Sought Synopsis. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), PZRB Edwards AFB, CA is seeking sources with demonstrated expertise and experience to meet the following requirement for a contract to provide the following services. REQUIREMENTS Provide the AFRL with sufficient high quality on-site test operations, engineering and technical personnel who possess superior competence in all aspects of liquid, solid, spacecraft, emerging and pervasive propulsion as well as experimental test operations, systems integration and analysis. The primary activity will be to perform test site design, modification and build, engineering analysis of test facilities and test article interaction and report the results to the government. All support and services will be IAW attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Firms having an interest, demonstrated experience, capability, and appropriate background are invited to submit particulars of qualification and experience. Responses shall include sufficient information to demonstrate the experience and capability to perform all areas of the required support as part of a qualification package. The statement of capability shall include relevant background and experience, with contract numbers, names and telephone numbers of contracting office and technical office point of contacts (POCs) for each contract. Please note that this synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for competitive bids/proposals and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Firms responding to this notice must reference solicitation # FA930016C0002 and indicate whether or not that they are a small business concern as defined in FAR 52.219-1. The NAICS code is 561210. The Small Business size standard is $38.5 million. The information received as a result of this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Air Force not to open the requirement to open competition, based on response to this sources sought synopsis, is solely within the discretion of the Air Force. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. All responses may be sent vai e-mail to either of the listed POC's.
