- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of providing On-Site Preventative Maintenance for Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) for VISN 19. On-Site services will include but not limited to: sterilization container repair, general sharpening, spring replacement, ophthalmic instruments, arthroscopic instruments, align and sharpen laparoscopic instruments, micro instruments, refurbishing and reinsulating shafts as needed, diamond dusting of forceps and needle holders, repair and sharpening of minimally invasive instruments, ratchet repair, bipolar repairs, power/pneumatic, phaco handpieces, graspers, dissectors, all surgical instruments, light cables, rigid and flexible scope servicing and repair and specialized instrumentation and retractors. This will include all surgical services and clinics instrumentation. Surgical instruments includes but not limited to: General, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Orthopedics, Urology, Laparoscopic, Oral Maxillofacial, Vascular and Cardiothoracic. The locations for these services are as follows: VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, Colorado 80220 (will also include new location at Fitzsimmons Campus, Aurora, CO); VA Grand Junction Health Care System, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction Colorado 81501; VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84148; VA Montana Health Care System, 3687 Veterans Drive, Fort Harrison, MT 59636; VA Cheyenne Health Care System, 2360 E. Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001; VA Sheridan Health Care System, Sheridan, WY 82801; VA Eastern Oklahoma Health Care System, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK 74401 and VA Oklahoma City Health Care System, 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. The information submitted shall contain the company's business size status. The NAICS Code is 811219- Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged.
