- *DESCRIPTION 1) ICS 210 Base Unit (Qty 1 ea) 2) TRI Potocol Pack (Qty 1 ea) 3) EVDO Personality (Qty 1 ea) 4) R&S Power Cable for TSMM (1 ea) 5) Maintenance (Qty 1 ea) *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for this requirement. This requirement is sole sourced to QRC Technologies, 1211 Central Park Blvd. Fredericksburg, VA 22401 due to direct replacement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-T-0126 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
