Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) MULTIPLE-AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR) For Replace Roof B722 & B802 at VA Northern California Health Care System PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Sacramento VA Medical Center 10535 Hospital Way Mather, CA 95655 DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 21 (NCO 21) Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR). Proposals shall only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The Department of Veterans Affairs Sacramento VA Medical Center has a requirement to remove, repair, and replace roofing materials and faulty sub materials on Bldg. 722 and Bldg. 802 at the VA Mather, CA campus. The new roof shall be a cold applied, built up bituminous roof. Solicitation Number VA261-16-R-0326 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about February 12, 2016. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. A proposal conference and site visit shall be held at the Sacramento VA Medical Center in Mather, CA (Bldg. 650, 3rd Floor, Director's Suite, Rm: True North) tentatively scheduled for February 17, 2016. (See solicitation when available for specific date/time/location of site visit). The purpose of the event is to provide industry with information on an opportunity to visit the site of the projects for which proposals shall be solicited. Additionally, these events serve to encourage industry participation and afford potential offerors additional information through a question and answer session prior to proposal submission. Bids are tentatively scheduled to be due on Friday, March 11, 2016 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date). Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is expected to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
