On February 9, 2016, The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases issued a delivery order to Carahsoft Technology Corporation under HHSN272201600103U. This order was issued under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 501, as implemented by FAR 8.405-6, only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized for the justification. The justification document is provided in the attached package.
