- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of one NSN that is a code and P/N with one identified source: EaglePitcher Technologies, LLC (81855). This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class of 6130. The requirement will result in an award of a Basic Order of Supplies for a grand total of 38 units. CLIN 0001 is for 38 EA with delivery at Cherry Point, NC (SW3113). The procurement will be accordance with FAR Part 15. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about February 22, 2016 with an anticipated award of May 27, 2016. The solicitation will be available at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. An alternate source must submit data and be approved by cognizant Government engineering activity. The delivery for this acquisition will be on a FOB Destination basis. This solicitation will be issued as other than full and open competition, unrestricted procurement. Analyzer-Charger Battery NSN 6130-01-508-3397 EaglePicher Technologies, LLC (81855) P/N MSD-970-1 FOB First Destination Transportation Total Contract Purchase 38 Units Unit of Issue: Each Delivery: 300 Days ADO for the 38 Units All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. During the course of the on-line auction, offerors' proposed prices will be publicly disclosed to other offerors and anyone else having access to the on-line auction. This public disclosure is anonymous, meaning that each offeror's identity will be concealed from other offerors (although it will be known to the Government), and only generic identifiers will be used publicly for each offeror's proposed pricing (e.g., "Offeror A"). By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, offerors agree to participate in the Reverse Auction and that their prices may be publicly disclosed, including to other offerors, during the Reverse Auction. An offeror's final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted after the close of the Reverse Auction, unless the Contracting Officer decides that further discussions are needed and final proposal revisions are again requested in accordance with FAR 15.307.
