MARKET SURVEY FORM DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for various components of the AN/UYQ-70 Advanced Display System as identified on the attached market survey. The current approved source of supply is as follows: Lockheed Martin (Cage 52088) Sources interested in providing an offer on this solicitation should complete the attached market survey and return the completed copy via email to Amy.Puchalsky@navy.mil by 5:00 PM EST on 16 Feb 2016.
