The primary purpose of this posting is to provide potential offerors the opportunity to review the draft documents, to determine whether their company will participate in the acquisition, and to provide industry an opportunity to submit questions and comments. Should this posting generate questions, SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS BY E-MAIL to both Ms. Theresa Bryant, Theresa.Bryant@us.af.mil and Ms. Paula Owen, Paula.Owen.1@us.af.mil. Responses will not be provided on an individual basis. The Contracting Officer will determine those questions meriting a response. If needed, questions and answers (Q&A) will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities website so that all offerors will be provided the same information at the same time. See DRAFT RFP uploaded. The response date for Industry Comments is 17 February 2016, 12:00 PM Central Time. After close of the Response Date and the Q&As are posted to FedBizOps, a synopsis will be posted with the anticipated release date of the RFP.
