Description: This is a presolicitation notice for a solicitation that will be issued on or around February 20th, 2016. This requirement is for 5,000 inches of 2" Titanium bar. The bar will be Level I, QA-A material. Bar will need to be manufactured per Electronic Boat specification No. EB-4581 Rev A; material to be Ti-6Al-4V ELI. EB-4581 modifies AMS 4931. The bar will undergo Ultrasonic testing, and fracture toughness testing. All details and specifications will be available when the solicitation is issued.
