- Humana Resources Consultant for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for solicitation number VA247-16-R-0671. The resulting contract is for a contractor to provide Human Resources Consultant services to assess to recommend actions and train staff regarding Human Resources hiring processes. Process inefficiencies need be identified and corrected for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical facilities in Augusta, GA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training, $11 Million. This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced Type contract set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 8, 2016. The estimated closing date is February 16, 2016. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Offerors need to be registered in the System for Awardee Management (SAM.gov) and Vetbiz.gov prior to submission of proposal. All Contractors MUST be registered in CCR and ORCA to do business with the federal government and annually ensure the information is current at the Business Partner Network http://www.bpn.gov.
