- W912DR-16-T-0013 Solicitation Package CENAB-CT February 5, 2016 SYNOPSIS: This notice serves as a pre-solicitation. The solicitation, W912DR-16-T-0013, will be issued for Generator Maintenance Service and is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561790 size standard of $18.0M. The project has an anticipated performance period of 365 days from date of award with two option period of 12 months. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following location: 1. McMillian Water Treatment Plant, Washington, DC The contractor shall provide all Work to be performed by a certified technician authorized agent of the engine-generator manufacturer and/or their representative(s) authorized to perform maintenance on Cummins Power Systems, and licensed to perform engine-generator maintenance in the state of the award. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Phillip.James@usace.army.mil No Later than Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 11:00 am EST. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Friday, February 5, 2016, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
