Draft Performance Work Statement NETCOM Technical Services IT CONUS and OCONUS requirements. Request for Information NETCOM Technical Services IT CONUS and OCONUS requirements. U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Proactive Analysis Quick Reaction Task Force (PAQ-R) This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) notice. The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources under the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: NAICS 541519 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) SMALL BUSINESS STANDARD: $27.5M This RFI is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. This RFI will be used to identify all interested businesses, both large and small, and to determine if small businesses possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. Interested firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requested to submit the capabilities questionnaire attached to this posting. Based upon small business responses received, consideration will be given to defining what part of the acquisition, if any, will be set-aside for small business competition. 1. PROJECT INFORMATION. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville is seeking the necessary services required to provide non-personal support to the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) in accordance with the entitled Performance Work Statement dated 26 June 2015. Contractor shall provide capability management, technical engineering, integration, and Tier III support services to NETCOM in accordance with operational evaluation and policy development practices. Contractor shall provide problem identification, problem management, problem resolution, engineering, planning, integration, and management of LandWarNet information technology (IT) assets; including transport, network devices, network operations capabilities, scan and patch services, anti-virus, intrusion prevention, firewall directory services, servers, services, web services, database, applications and clients. Currently there are 120 sites within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and 45 sites Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) located throughout Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Korea, Japan Okinawa, and Honduras which require performance analysis and assessments. At a minimum, the Contractor would be expected to visit and analyze each site annually. 2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. Interested firms must provide a capability narrative indicating your firm's experience, qualifications with similar type services, the ability to perform these services in both CONUS and OCONUS locations; as well as the prime contractors name, address, point of contact phone number and email address. Submit responses via email to Hillary.S.Roy@usace.army.mil and Nanette.P.Hill@usace.army.mil. Submission should be received by 2:00 pm CST on 29 February 2016; and should not exceed 10 one-sided, 8 ½" X 11" pages. Computer files must be compatible with Microsoft Word 2013. Your firm's approach to providing 1) Capability Management, 2) Technical Engineering Support Services, 3) Integration Support Services, and 4) Tier III Support Services. b. Your firm's experience in Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), SECRET Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Coalition International Network Mission Partner Network Integration, data center operations and functions including IT continuity of operations and disaster recovery (COOP/DR) strategies and planning and service delivery, Unix, Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems, virtual machines (VM) and stand-alone servers to include network operations capabilities, directory services, messaging, data base, access control processes, and integrating application servers, virtualization technologies in Operating Systems (OS), Network, Storage Area Network (SAN), and security devices. c. If awarded a NETCOM PAQ-R contract, the maximum capacity your firm can adequately perform for any single task/delivery order is (Insert maximum capacity per task/delivery order). (i.e. If your firm cannot perform work per task/project over $3 million, your response for maximum capacity per task would be $3 million.) d. If awarded a NETCOM PAQ-R contract, the maximum aggregate contract capacity our firm can adequately perform is (Insert total contract capacity your firm can perform).
