Description

DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs Tennessee Valley Healthcare System intends to enter into a real property lease contract with City of Murfreesboro, TN to lease 1,000 square feet of office space and approximately 88,000 acres. This procurement in being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS 713990, size standard $7.0 mil applies to this procurement. This notice of intent in not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the contracting officer within eight (8) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to the contracting officer, Martin Frazier 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400 Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses received by COB February 25, 2016 the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed to sole source this requirement to City of Murfreesboro, TN.
