The approved source is New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc., DBA NHBB, Inc., HiTech Division, CAGE 83086. Item is sourced controlled. The solicitation is Unrestricted. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 116 days after receipt of order. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The IDPO contains 3-year base plus 2 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 897 each for the base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation closing date is February 12, 2016. The date is subject to change.
