Description

The Naval Air System Command intends to negotiate a task order with ERAPSCO, 4578 East Park 30 Drive, Columbia City, IN 46725-8869, on a sole source basis for prototypes of the Navel Underwater Multiple Ping (NUAMP) AN/SSQ-113 sonobuoy F1 frequency for data collection. A sole source contract is consistent with the terms identified within this announcement upon the basis of the authority provided in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is not a request for proposals. No phone inquiries will be entertained.
