Attachment P4 - Cost/Price Spreadsheet Attachment P3 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 2 - Workforce Hour Matrix Attachment P1 - Workforce Qualifications Attachment 3 - Contract Data Requirements List Attachment 2 - DD254 Contract Security Classification Specification Attachment 1 - Surveillance Activity Checklist Solicitation for ALRE & EAF Program Management Support Services The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement for Program Management support services to the Naval Air Warfare Center Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) Program Management Department (AIR-1.3.3.9) to provide full life cycle programmatic support for Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Expeditionary Airfields (EAF). For ALRE this full life cycle support includes Catapults, Arresting Gear, Shipboard Aviation Information Systems, Visual Landing Aids (VLA), and other related systems on Aircraft Carrier Vessel's (CV/CVN), Amphibious Assault Ships (LHA/LHD), and Air Capable Ships (ACS). Customers include the Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters (PMA-251), Fleet, Type Commanders, Naval Sea Systems Command (PMS-312), PMSs supporting air capable ships, US Navy and Foreign Military Sales to other nations. For the EAF program this includes Arresting Gear Systems, Lighting systems, Surfacing Systems and Geotechnical systems. Customers are the 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd and 4 th Marine Air Wings (MAW), 13 Marine Wing Support Squadrons (MWSS) Naval Air Systems Command, Type Commanders, Logistics Support activities and the Chief of Naval Operations. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract. The period of performance shall be five (5) 12-month ordering periods. Proposals are due no later than 21 March 2016 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). See attached solicitation and corresponding attachments.
