- Representations and Certification Expression of Interest Navarro Research and Engineering, contractor to the Department of Enegy, Office of Legacy Management, is seeking Expression of Interest from engineering firms to provide design services for a 50 gallon per minute (gpm) ground water treatment system at the Fernald OH DOE LM site.
