Description

The Syracuse VA Medical Center located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210 and Rome VA Outpatient Clinic, 125 Brookley Road, Building 510 Rome, NY 1344 have a requirement for annual preventative maintenance services, in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and technical support for the equipment listed below: Four (4) Fulton VTG DF boilers and ModSync controller located at the Syracuse VA Medical Center One (1) VTG DF boiler and one (1) VTG boiler located at the Rome VA Outpatient Clinic Technical Support shall include 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage for onsite technical support. Contractor personnel shall be onsite twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of telephonic, written or verbal notification (from the Contracting Officer or COR only). Contractor personnel shall be onsite within three (3) hours after receipt of notification, in the case of an emergency repair. All work shall be performed by technicians certified by Fulton Boiler Corporation to service Fulton boilers. The NAICS Code is 811310. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is below $50,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
