Description

Attachment Three Combined Synopsis The Lewis and Clark National Forest, USDA Forest Service has an existing office located at 1101 15th Street North, Great Falls, MT. The FS intends to enter into a lease for the New Office located at 1220 38th Street North, Great Falls, MT (hereinafter New Office). The approximate mileage between the two buildings is 2.3 miles. Terms of the lease would allow existing furniture, files, etc. to be moved into the New Office beginning Monday March 14, 2016. All items need to be moved by Monday March 21, 2016. Tasks under this contract include disassembling work stations, moving work stations, assembling work stations, and moving office and warehouse items from the Existing Office to the New Office as shown in the scope of work. All items to be moved will be labeled by the FS with a number corresponding to a location that item is to be moved to in the new office. Attached is an office layout map, with the numbered locations, as well as the existing office floor plan and site map. The hours of operation will be 0600 through 1800 Monday through Friday (Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th are optional moving days if needed. Hours of operation can be negotiated at that time). All items shall be protected during disassembly, moving, and reassembly to prevent damage. A pre-bid tour of the existing office will be held on Thursday February 11th 2016 at 10:00 am. All bidders are encouraged to attend.
