Description

Synopsis: The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) intends to negotiate a sole source bridge contract with Blue Mountain Data Systems, Inc. for the continued provision of IT applications, software enforcement database, ERISA enforcement, forensic and litigation technical support. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist Daniel Rosenstengel at rosenstengel.danie@dol.gov, which shall be considered by the Agency. No questions will be answered at this time. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
