- Solicitation for NSN 6685-014-309-5768 / 0061820608 / SPE4A6-16-R-0337 / Transmitter, Pressure. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price. No Quantity Option. This is a critical item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. The item is source controlled to Pall Aeropower Corp. (cage: 18350), P/N AC-B741-24D30-Y1. This is a commercial item. FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059, FOB Origin, Governemnt ArrangedTransportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination(FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous Untied States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
