Description

The following additional information is provided regarding access to the competition library: The Competition Library is hosted on a Department of Defense (DoD) Information System. The link to the library is https://pma273.navair.navy.mil/complib. Each individual requesting access will be required to have a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) or External Certification Authority (ECA) certificate. An ECA certificate can be obtained from IdenTrust, Inc. (http://www.identrust.com/certificates/eca/index.html), Operational Research Consultants, Inc. (ORC) (http://www.eca.orc.com), or VeriSign, Inc. (http://www.verisign.com/authentication/government-authentication/index/html). Additional information on obtaining an ECA certificate is available at http://iase.disa.mil/pki/eca/index.html. Utilize the link to the library provided above to request access. Once the request information is received, recorded, and validated by the Government, notification of access will be provided via e-mail.
