Please find the RFP and all other documents attached. The SEC welcomes proposals for solutions using any COTS product that will meet its requirements, as described in solicitation SECHQ1-16-R-0001 and Attachment A - Requirements Check List. Please note the following key dates for this solicitation: • Go/No-Go Factor Response Form Deadline - 12:00 PM ET, February 16, 2016; • SEC Notification of Eligibility based on Go/No-Go Factor - by COB February 22, 2016; • One-on-One Meetings* with Eligible Offerors - Starting on February 24, 2016; • Final RFP Questions Deadline - 12:00 PM ET, March 15, 2016; • Technical & Price Proposal Volumes Deadline - 12:00 PM ET, March 29, 2016; • Software Capability Demonstrations (Oral Presentations) - Starting the week of May 9, 2016; and • Contract Award - June 30, 2016. NOTE: All dates proposed are subject to change at the sole discretion of the SEC. *The SEC will schedule one-on-one meetings with each eligible Offeror starting on February 24, 2016. Offerors are encouraged to invite teaming partners/subcontractors to their meeting with the SEC. Questions and clarifications will be shared with all eligible Offerors following the one-on-one discussions.
