Description

The objective of this RFI is to learn more about available solutions, implementation approaches, hosting options and management solutions. ASFR desires to learn other perspectives and explore proven technical solutions which could fulfill its operational objectives should the Department follow this RFI with a vendor request for proposal (RFP). In an effort to improve its understanding of relevant issues and to identify the factors which will influence decision making, ASFR seeks feedback, information, insight, and industry subject matter expertise regarding technical solutions, implementation and operations of this future state operational model. The is a Request for Quote (RFI) from the Department of Human Services office of the Assistant Secretary for Financial Resources, Office of Finance. This notice is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Proposals, a Solicitation, a Request for Quotes, or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained in this announcement. This request is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this announcement. Responses to this notice must be received via email by the Contract Specialist Lydina Battle on February 24, 2016 3:00 PM Eastern Standard time on for consideration. See attached RFI.
