Description

Justification for the P.I.R.A.T.E and P.I.R.A.T.E 3(D) UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to negotiate a sole source requirement for the purchase and installation of Photo Realistic Immersive Tactical Training Scenario Service called P.I.R.A.T.E and P.I.R.A.T.E 3D. The product is applied to surfaces and mimics two and three dimensional structures. This service and the materials used for application is proprietary to MW Defense Systems, 3400 A David Street, Lumberton, NC 28358. A solicitation will not be issued for this requrement. This award is determined and supported in accordance with the procedures of other than full and open competition, FAR Part 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. An award for the requirement shall not be made later than Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 2:00 PM EST. Reference the attached Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for additional details of this requirement. All interested offerors who can meet all specifications may request a copy of the solicitatio from the Contracting Officer. All offers submitted shall be in accordance with the specification(s) outlined in the justification. No other item(s) may be substituted or deviated from the specifications of this requirement.
