- Solicitation # W58RGZ-15-R-0172 The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the Digital Captive Boresight Harmonization Kit and Infrared Collimator. NOMENCLATURE: Digital Captive Boresight Harmonization Kit INPUT NSN: 4920-01-412-4978 INPUT NSN: 4920-01-535-3520 OUTPUT NSN: 4920-01-535-3520 INPUT P/N: 2300000-22 INPUT P/N: 2300000-30 OUTPUT P/N: 2300000-30 QUANTITY: Minimum 25 each - Maximum 200 each NOMENCLATURE: INFRARED COLLIMATOR INPUT NSN: 4920-01-202-4135 OUTPUT NSN: 4920-01-202-4135 INPUT P/N: 2305000 OUTPUT P/N: 2305000 QUANTITY: Minimum 2 each - Maximum 11 each The proposed contractual action will be a single award, Five (5) Year, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. It has been determined the Government's needs cannot be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 will not be used. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Technical data is not available to support a full and open competitive solicitation. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specifications and drawings. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This procurement is restricted to the following approved source: DRS Data & Imaging System, Inc., Fort Walton Beach, Florida (CAGE 12339), Johnstown, PA Repair (FACILITY CAGE 0ERB9). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home. Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email. You may mail your request to Army Contracting Command - Redstone, ATTN: CCAM-ALM, Dawn Patterson, Sparkman Center Bldg. 5303 2nd Floor, Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000, or send email requests to dawn.p.patterson2.civ@mail.mil. Proposals may be hand-carried (reference solicitation for details), mailed via the US Postal Service, or delivered by a commercial delivery service. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
