- Facilities Maintenance Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City (EAD-KC) anticipates soliciting for on-site custodial, grounds keeping, and facility maintenance services for the National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS), Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC) at several laboratories located in Panama City, FL; Pascagoula, MS; Galveston, TX; and Estuarine Habitats and Coastal Fisheries Center (EHCFC), LA. The anticipated Period of Performance is from 5/1/2016 through 4/30/2017, plus four, 12-month option years. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to gain knowledge of the marketplace by identifying companies interested in quoting open-market pricing for these services, and the availability of companies interested in quoting General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) pricing with applicable discounts (a separate RFI is published on FedBizOpps for GSA, FSS information). The government is only interested in companies that can provide all required services. It is anticipated that any resultant award will be a single award, not multiple award. Any quoter interested in this requirement is asked to submit the following information based on the information provided herein: • Company Name, Address and Contact information; • Business Size based on a NAICS code of 561210; • Documentation to Support the company's capability to perform each of the tasks in the attached PWS; • Number of years of experience in performing the tasks in the attached PWS. It is requested that the information requested herein be submitted to the attention of jackie.a.shewmaker@noaa.gov no later than close of business on Friday, February 12, 2016. Any questions shall be submitted in writing to jackie.a.shewmaker@noaa.gov. This is a RFI only, not a Request for Proposal. No solicitation is available at this time, and there is no guarantee that a solicitation will be forthcoming. The information requested is for informational purposes only, for the purpose of deciding on the acquisition strategy that is most advantageous to the government. All expenses associated with a response to this RFI are the sole responsibility of the contractor.
