- Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Request for Quotation for a Contractor to Perform Services on Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTV) for Letterkenny Army Depot. This procurement will be set aside for small business. Solicitation Number W911N2-16-Q-0004 will be released O/A 8 February 2016.
