Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NM City: Las Cruces Delineated Area: City limits of Las Cruces, NM excluding the area bounded by the following streets: NORTH: Lohman Ave. SOUTH: University Ave. EAST: I-25 WEST: Main St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,211 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,211 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Full Term: 12 months Firm Term: 4 months Option Term: none Additional Requirements: 2nd floor or higher. Cannot be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by the tenant agency for security purposes. Offered space must not be located in an area of high crime or gang activity. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Las Cruces, NM that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
