- SF 1449 Solicitation for 82nd CST Multi Training Exercises. This is a CST multiple training requirement consisting of four training exercises conducted between March and July at four different locations in South Dakota. The exercises include lanes with emphasis on Radiological, CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive)/All-hazard, and Chemical Agents with one Relief in Place to meet the CST Commander's training objectives and designed to test the full readiness and response capabilities/operations of the CST.
