Description

MTC Terms & Conditions SCA Wage Determination W-9, Self-Certification Form, Vendor Set-Up Form Request For Quote Hello Everyone, Management and Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Tongue Point Job Corps Center, is requesting proposals for recovering 20 sets of theater seats. Please note that the dismantle and installation of the cushions will not be required as part of this service. Details of the solicitation are in the attached request for quote (RFQ# TPJCC Recover Theater Seats 16-08.pdf). All bids must be completed on the included Bid Sheet to be considered valid. In addition to the bid, all valid bids must include a W-9 and a completed MTC vendor self-certification form (attached in vendor packet).
