Additional Information to Source Sought VA248-16-R-0441 A.The anticipated award date of the construction projected is during FY17. The anticipated award date of the proposed A/E contract for design is on or before April 29, 2016, with a total design time of no more than 237 days from NTP. B.SELECTION CRITERIA: Selection will be based on the following criteria which are numbered in descending order of importance: 9). The selected A/E should have previous experience in designing Administration Building structurally designed for vertical and horizontal expansion to an ultimate height of six stories. The A/E must provide documentation of at least two similar Administration Building structurally designed for vertical and horizontal expansion to an ultimate height of six stories. Each project shall contain name(s) and phone numbers for references.
