Statement of Work Solicitation Number: F5BFCE5349AW01 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: SOLICITATION F5BFCE5349AW01 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F5BFCE5349AW01 This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition as a Service -SOLE SOURCE TO PCM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SYSTEMS, the owner of the software, This will be a firm-fixed price award. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD (a) NAICS: 541511 (b) No. of Employees: N/A (c) Dollars: $27.5M REQUIREMENT: This requirement is to provide annual technical support services for Clothing Purchase Obligation File Creation Automated System which provides an automated clothing obligation transaction creation system. CLIN Nomenclature Qty/Unit Cost: CLIN 0001: Non-Personal Services IAW attached PWS 12 months Delivery/POP: Basic Period: 15 Feb 2016 -14 Feb 2017 Price(s) should be FOB Destination. In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your company's cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.
