- Wage determination Government Furnished Property Transportation Performance Work Statement Packaging CAV AF SOW DD 2875 DD 1423-1 Contract Data Requirements List Combined synopsis/solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing Noun: Data Transfer Unit (DTU), NSN 7025-01-481-7741GC (Part Number: 30192-0201); Noun: Remote Data Concentrator (RDC), NSN 1680-01-500-6388GC (Part Number: 30201-0501); and Noun: Control Display Unit (CDU), NSN 1680-01-533-8587GC (Part Number: 10150-024), which are applicable to the Integrated Vehicle Health Management System (IVHMS) found on the HH-60G Pave Hawk Helicopters. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus two annual ordering period years. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular dated 20 January 2015 or the most recent approved effective version. This notice advises offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-1; Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Term and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) shall be determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. The Defense Priority and Allocation System (DPAS) rating is DO: A1 C. The BEQ for NSN 1680-01-533-8587GC is the following: 15 each per the Basic year; 20 each per the 1 st Ordering Period; and 25 each per the 2 nd Ordering Period. The BEQ for NSN 7025-01-481-7741GC is the following: 7 each per the Basic year; 10 each per the 1 st Ordering Period; and 15 each per the 2 nd Ordering Period. The BEQ for NSN 1680-01-500-6388GC is the following: 20 each per the Basic year; 25 each per the 1 st Ordering Period; and 30 each per the 2 nd Ordering Period. Inspection and Acceptance will be at F.O.B. Origin. Destination: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887. Routine Delivery: 60 calendar days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP is 30 work days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE or MICAP delivery orders shall take precedence over routine repair, and the delivery schedule shall be adjusted accordingly based on concurrence between the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO), and the Contractor. This is a sole source requirement to Simmonds Precision Products, Inc., DBA Goodrich Sensors and Integrated Systems, 100 Panton Rd, Vergennes, VT 05491-1008. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
